Rick Shoup traveled to Italy to attend the fly-in at Montagnana. The Bird Dog pictured below is a copy of the exact airplane he flew while stationed in Vietnam. Here are his comments:
You can add these photos to the chapter website if you want. Taken today at the FlyParty 2016 in Montagnana, IT. The Aerogallo is flown by Daniel Beltrami and painted by hand with brushes by Giuliano Basso. The plane has been invited to appear at Sun-n-Fun then at Oshkosh next year.
The OV-10 Bronco flew in from France. We flew low pass formations with the Bronco in the O-1.
