After we had to postpone the flight the previous weekend due to high winds, Saturday the 24th was looking good. The winds were forecasted light all day and the ceilings were high enough for the whole route and back.

Just a few video clips from our Fall picnic this afternoon. Very lucky to have four planes fly in, coming from Front Royal, Lake Anna, Petersburg and Warrenton. Great burgers and even better camaraderie!

After we had to cancel the fly-out last week due to high winds, we made it to Hagerstown on Saturday July 10th. The winds were light, the clouds high enough, the bumps were not too bad and even the temperatures were moderate (for the middle of July.)
